MISSION
The International Sex Survey (ISS) is based on the acknowledgment that healthy sexuality plays a crucial role in our well-being. It is also based on the premise that while certain sexual behaviours, such as compulsive sexual behaviours, can impact various aspects of life, including work-related challenges and sexual function problems, little is known about how this could translate internationally.
To address these concerns, we wish to conduct a systematic examination of why different sexual behaviours can have both positive and negative outcomes for individuals. That's where the International Sex Survey (ISS) comes in.
As of May 2022, more than 82,000 people from 42 countries completed our first survey.
